       Green Mountain Maintenance and Carpentry was founded by Taylor Craven.  Educated in Civil Engineering at the University of Vermont, Taylor is a real estate professional with over two decades of experience.  There is no facet of property care that he is unfamiliar with, leading the company with valuable experience in engineering design and inspection, as well as skill operating heavy machinery. 

       GMMC is proud to serve various regions in Vermont: the Champlain Valley and greater Burlington Area, Rutland County, and Windham County.  GMMC works in a partnership with our sister company in Windham, Craven's Home Services, LLC to provide the best quality property and construction services in Vermont.  Year round we are here for everyone, whether a resident, second homeowner, or business.

       Craven's Home Services, LLC provides snow removal, gardening, lawncare, or landscaping services.  Craven's has been a family business for over 30 years.  Partner, Allan Bisset, runs the maintenance division, with over 2 decades of experience in property management, delivering specialized care to keep all aspects of your property looking excellent.  Whether it's simple maintenance, or more complicated problems such as drainage, Craven's can deliver solutions and improvements to suit your situation.
